Queensferry and the Forth
Bridges.
On the river Forth, just outside Edinburgh there
lies two bridges. The Famous Cantilever Rail Bridge, and the
Road Bridge.
Edinburgh.
Edinburgh is the capital city of Scotland. This
city contains literally hundreds of fantastic sights!
Falkirk Wheel and the Union Canal
The Union Canal connects Edinburgh and the Forth
river. The Falkirk Wheel is a giant boat-lift on the Union
Canal. It was designed to replace a series of lock gates.
Oxford
A city in England that I have visited several
times. It is full of historic sights, and towers.
Blackpool and Alton Towers
Being a Roller Coaster fan means taking many
travels to theme parks. Two of my favourite places for roller
coaster riding are Blackpool and Alton towers. Blackpool is a
town on the west coast of England, and it contains many popular
tourist attractions including a Theme Park and the Blackpool
Tower.
Glasgow
Glasgow is the largest city in Scotland. It is full
of interesting architecture and sights, including the Museum of
Transport, the Clydeport Crane and the Science Centre Tower.
Livingston
This is a town in West Lothian, about half way
between Edinburgh and Glasgow. Also my home.
Fife
Views of Abernethy and St Andrews; a town in
Scotland that is famous for it's great scenery and it's golf
course.
East Lothian
Views of Haddington and North Berwick; a town near
the sea that has some fascinating sights.
Country Parks in West Lothian
West Lothian has many fantastic country parks, Beecraigs,
Almondell and Polkemmet.
