The Glasgow Science Centre Tower

The Glasgow Science Centre Tower

Unfortunately this tower was closed when I was there, but apparently the whole tower rotates from it's base.

Picture Taken: January 2003.

The Millennium Bridge

The Millennium Bridge

This bridge is just outside the Glasgow Science Centre. Half way across this bridge there is a gap in the floorboards and you can see all the way down to the river!

Picture Taken: January 2003.

This crane is no longer in use. It is visible from the Glasgow Science Centre and the SECC.

Tower Blocks

There is no shortage of Tower Blocks in Glasgow. These buildings are visible from the Central Train Station.

Glasgow has a good underground train system. You can travel round the city centre very quickly.

This was a good opportunity to try out the night-scene mode on my camera.

Cessnock Station Entrance

Cessnock Station Entrance

This is the closest station to the Glasgow Science Centre. As with most underground stations, you could easily miss them as they are usually hidden!

Picture Taken: December 2002.

The Transport Museum

The Transport Museum

This museum is well worth a visit! It is right next to the Kelvin Hall.

Picture Taken: December 2002.

Bank Building

People who play the game "Transport Tycoon" will recognise this building.
